Mexico to play USA in the \"Clasico de Leyendas\" in a benefit match Presented by Bud Light on April 15th at The Home Depot Center

Los Angeles, CALIFORNIA (Friday, April 6, 2012) - PRIMETIME Sports will host the Clasico de Leyendas presented by Bud Light on Sunday, April 15 at 6 p.m. at AEG Facilities' The Home Depot Center featuring ex-national team players in a Mexico vs. USA exhibition match.

The rosters for this game include veterans from the 1994, 1998, and 2002 FIFA World Cup teams including; Francisco \"Paco\" Palencia, Luis \"El Matador\" Hernandez, Alberto Garcia Aspe, Luis Alvez \"Zague\", Jared Borgetti, Jorge Campos and others for Mexico. Team USA will field with Cobi Jones, Paul Caligiuri, Eric Wynalda, Alexi Lalas, John O'Brien, Clint Mathis and others.

Reviving one of the world's greatest national team rivalries and the biggest rivalry in the CONCACAF region, the Mexico vs. USA Clasico de Leyendas presented by Bud Light has generated great anticipation and excitement for the players and fans in Los Angeles. The winning national team will be awarded the Clasico de Leyendas Cup, and in the case of a tie at the end of regulation time, the winner will be decided by penalty kicks.

Also on April 15, The Home Depot Center's training fields will feature the finalists of all the MLS Copa Bud Light 6v6 tournaments in California, Arizona and Las Vegas from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. The finals of the 6v6 will be held during halftime of the Clasico de Leyendas, and the winning team will receive the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to represent the United States in the Global Beer Championship at an F.A. Cup stadium in England during the F.A. cup final festivities. Dareyes de la Sierra will be the game's special music guest and will perform prior to the match starting at 4:30 pm, when gates open to the general public.

Proceeds totaling $15,000 from ticket sales for the Clasico de Leyendas presented by Bud Light will be donated to the Hispanic Scholarship Foundation (HSF). The HSF is the nation's leading Latino college granting organization. Awarding more than $335 million in scholarships over the past 36 years, the HSF has supported a broad range of outreach and education programs to help students and their families navigate collegiate life, from gaining admission and securing financial aid to finding employment after graduation. Anheuser-Busch and Bud Light have been steadfast supporter of the HSF for more than 30 years contributing more than $24 million and helping award over 24,000 college scholarships to deserving Latinos across the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
