LOS ANGELES TRIATHLON TRAINING CAMP TO BE HELD IN ADT EVENT CENTER

TO A \"SUPER\" CAMP OF TRIATHLON TRAINING

CARSON, CA (January 19, 2005) - The ADT Event Center, the nation's only indoor velodrome, located in Carson at The Home Depot Center and Pacific Sports will co-produce the inaugural Los Angeles Triathlon Training Camp from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, February 26.  The first ever \"super\" training camp will focus on all facets of triathlon training for serious athletes.

The full day of training is priced at $295 and will include videotaped evaluation, personal coaching, VO2 max testing, triathlon gear, and a full buffet lunch. Professional instructors include Roger Young (Olympic Cycling Coach for the U.S. and Canada and Director of the ADT Event Center velodrome), Clay Evans (Two-time Olympian and President of Southern California Aquatics), Michael Collins (Head Coach for Multisport Orange County Triathlete and  top swimming coach), Wendy Ingraham (10-time Ironman winner) and Jack Caress (Race Director of the Los Angeles Triathlon) with more to be announced.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn more about triathlon training in one day than they have ever learned in their lives.

The 100,000 square foot, $15 million ADT Event Center is located on the 125-acre Home Depot Center on the campus of Cal. State Dominguez Hills in Carson, California.   The venue is the first and only permanent indoor cycling track of international standard in North America and has played host to training and competition under the guidance of USACycling, including the 2004 Junior Track National Championships, 2004 World Junior Track Cycling Championships and the 2004 World Cup of Cycling.
